How Our Process Works

We take care to meet your specific requirements exactly as you give them to us and to deliver your order in a timely and courteous way. All roof trusses, floor joists, water heater flues or metal furniture are available.

Orders can be done in small or large batches and customised specifically to whatever measurements you require. Once we have received your specifications and receipt of your order, we begin the process of building the material.

Our order processing system will allocate the job to the appropriate department and track your order through our manufacturing plant. Be sure to keep your order number and invoice for any queries you might have.
