About Our Batch Production

WJ Components Ltd offers a cost-effective and reliable solution for those manufacturers who want to maximize value in their facilities. We are experts in the manufacture of high-volume roof trusses and MFC components, which allows our customers to free up valuable factory space and install additional production lines. In addition to timber components we also manufacture aluminium water heater flues and stool / table frames fabricated from steel. We are able to offer daily/weekly deliveries and guarantee to hold minimum volumes of stock to ensure production lines do not stop.

Roof Trusses and MFC Components Batch Production

Our high-volume range of roof trusses and MFC components are supplied to holiday home manufacturers. We can manufacture any truss configuration required (subject to engineering) in small or large batches, delivered to our customers to meet their production requirements.

Our factory in Hull is equipped with a 12 metre hydraulic press and associated saws and machining centres including steel fabrication machinery that enable us to offer flexibility to our customers. MFC components are edge banded using high volume edge banding machines. We require a two-week lead-time on bespoke engineered flooring orders, and can provide daily deliveries on standard products when volume is required.
