WJ Components supplies a range of products for new-build housing and the leisure-building industry. This includes easi-joists® by Wolf Systems, high volume bespoke roof trusses, MFC components, water heater flues, stool and table bases and timber treatments using Wolman preservative chemicals.
WJ Components
WJ Components Ltd specialises in manufacturing high-volume roof trusses and MFC components for Holiday Home Manufacturers across the UK. We can manufacture any truss configuration and MFC components in small or large batches based on specific requirements. We also manufacture a range of aluminium water heater flues and fabricate stool and table bases from steel section from our own range or to customer specifications.
Our technical expertise and industry standard batch production capabilities enable speedy delivery whilst maintaining high quality. Our excellent reputation for reliability and quality makes us a valued partner to all of our customers.
Wolf System
easi-joists® are “V” shaped 1mm galvanised steel metal webs that fit between parallel timber flanges and are superior to traditional methods. Combining the lightness of timber with the structural strength of the metal web, easi-joists® can be applied to a wide range of industries uses by offering a faster, more cost effective and easier installation.
easi-joist® beam systems are made to measure and are ideal for domestic, commercial and industrial applications. They help reduce site waste, provide long term stability and make installing insulation, pipes, electrical cabling, heating pipes and other services easier and more efficient.
BASF / Wolman
We use Wolman Timber Treatments to preserve and protect wood from biological decay. Two processes are used depending on the type of wood and its intended function. Both processes use a liquid preservative that penetrates deep into the wood fibres. This creates an effective barrier to infection by insects and/or fungi thereby extending the useful life of each component.
Wolman produces the most advanced timber treatments available in Europe today so we can ensure our customers receive the best possible standard of protection combined with the lowest possible environmental impact.
